The process for manufacturing a front panel is described below.

Step 1
Every front panel starts off life as a simple stainless steel or aluminium sheet. We keep various thicknesses and sizes in stock and can also produce custom-made blanks for specific products.

Step 2
Our high-performance CNC milling machines then machine the material in accordance with a precise electronic schedule and mill the bespoke structures into the sheet.

Step 3
Similarly, holes are drilled as defined in the electronic schedule.
|

In the light of the many different kinds of milling operations that are required to manufacture bespoke front panels, we ensure that we have a wide range of tools at our disposal.

Finishing
Once the front panel has been produced, it can be further enhanced. In this example, you can see that a front foil is being added.
