Coating process, whereby a specific thickness of powder is applied to the component and then baked into the surface that is being coated using a stove.

Techn. details
|
Practically any shade of colour that is required can be achieved as per the RAL colour chart. Even shades not featured in this chart can be achieved on the basis of samples/specified mixing ratios.

Coated material
|
Al/St/st.steel => not plastic, as the baking temperature is too high (approx. 130-200°C)

Coating with Rilsan
|
Coating process, whereby a rubber-like layer of a specific thickness is applied to the component. The layer is baked into the surface that is being coated using a stove.
